Why customers hold back
Star ratings and review prompts collect the extremes: delighted customers and angry ones. The middle, the people who nearly didn't buy or quietly won't come back, rarely explain why, because a tick-box form gives them no room and a named review feels exposed.
A short spoken answer, with a clear promise that it is anonymous, gets the reason in their own words. Each answer is stored with no link to the person who gave it: there is no column that could hold one. Recordings are transcribed and discarded, never stored.
Set up a customer feedback link in minutes
- Choose how many answers you want: 10, 50, 100 or 200. The link closes by itself at that number.
- Write up to 10 questions, or let the AI draft them.

Questions
Can I see which customer gave which answer?
No. Answers carry no link to the person. Duplicate protection uses a one-way hash of the network address and a device check, neither of which is linked to what anyone said.
Can I reward customers for answering?
Yes. Add gift text, such as a promo code, and it is shown to each person after they answer.
