To get honest employee feedback, people must believe no answer can be traced back to them. Why employee surveys get polite answers
Most staff surveys ask people to trust that the form is anonymous. Many don't: they notice the survey came from HR's own tool, that it asks for their team and tenure, or that only three people report to their manager. So they soften what they say, or skip it.

- Write up to 10 questions, or have the AI draft them from a sentence about what you want to learn.
- Paste the team's email addresses. Each person gets their own invitation from clearvoyance.ai; the list is deleted once the invitations are queued, unless you choose to save it.
- People answer on their phone by speaking, then read the transcript and can edit it before sending. No account, no app.
- You watch the participation count rise, but every answer stays locked until the share of the team you chose has responded: 50% at the least, up to 100%.
- When it unlocks you get every answer at once, plus an AI report with the themes, sentiment and representative quotes.
